  • Painful periods.
  • Asthma, and
  • Honey is used as a nasal spray for sinus problems and hay fever.
  • Ulcers in the mouth caused by cancer treatment, and
  • Stomach ulcers caused by infection with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria.
  • It can be used orally to reduce the wound healing and pain of tonsils.
  • Honey can apply directly to the skin for acne, dry eyes, burns, wound healing, diabetic, foot ulcers, gangrene, and many other uses.
  • It is applied to the vagina to improve/recover fertility.
  • Honey is used (in manufacturing) as a fragrance and a moisturizer in soaps and cosmetics.

  • Dietary fibers help to manage a number of health conditions, including type 2 diabetes.
  • A 2018 review of meta-analyses concluded. It showed that the people who eat a lot of fiber may have a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

16. Date


Dates, whether it is fresh or dried, contain different types of antioxidants. Moreover, Fresh dates contain carotenoids and anthocyanidins. On the other side, dried dates contain polyphenols. They are just like green tea.

Five to six dates provide about 80 milligrams of magnesium, an essential mineral that helps dilate blood vessels.
